The application process for residency at 929 Apartments starts with an online application. At this time, prospective residents can indicate their roommate choices as well as their floorplan preferences. There are plenty of options from which to choose!
Those interested in living at 929 can choose whether they prefer individual or collaborative living experiences. From our spacious studios and 1 bedroom styles to our 2 bed 2 bath and 4 bedroom 2 bath styles, we have it all. We also provide roommate matching services for our shared spaces with individual leases for everyone.
Leasing at 929 is easy! We are sending leases to early applicants for our 2023-2024 move-in date with assigned rooms to be released in the Spring. Each preference you make, from room style to roommate, and even the view is carefully considered to offer you the most premier leasing experience available.
Students are encouraged to apply at any time! 929 Apartments assists residents with lease transfers in the case of graduation, study abroad, clinicals/rotations, or other academic reasons that would take our residents away from campus.

Our building offers residents access to a variety of appealing amenities including a 24-hour fitness center to keep healthy living a priority, an outdoor patio and terrace to enjoy fresh-air, and a community TV lounge and kitchenette for added social value.
Access to our study lounge is much appreciated by our academically focused residents while 24-hour front desk and our conference room is beloved for the privacy offered for those all to important meetings and interviews.
