Pets
Pets are permitted in studios and one bedrooms suites only. Pets must be registered with the Leasing Office before move-in. Pet rent is $40 or $70 per month for two pets. Maximum of two pets – 80lb total per apartment. $250 one-time non-refundable pet deposit required per unit.
*We reserve the right to refuse certain breeds of individual animals deemed aggressive at the sole discretion of management, which may include, without limitation, Pit Bull, Doberman Pinscher, Malamute, Rottweiler, Chow Chow, and Husky. Contact the office for more information on restrictions.
